Coax products are non-toxic and cruelty free; no harmful ingredients and no animal testings. They are free of parabens, phthalates, sulfates, and dyes.

 

Our fragrances are carefully blended with all natural and safe synthetic oils. We use natural alternative in the interest of protecting our planet from plants to animals. (For example - sandalwood and musk)

Our packaging is consciously designed and selected with environmentally friendly materials. We do our utmost to limit any consumption of non-recyclable material whenever possible. And for our shipping packaging, we choose to use recycled and reusable material with zero use of plastic!

ORDERING

Most orders placed on projectcoax.com will be processed within 1 - 2 business days.

Orders placed during weekend and holidays will be processed the next business day.

SHIPPING
Economy Shipping: 1 - 5 days after an order is processed.

Standard Shipping: 1 - 3 days after an order is processed.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products we do not accept any return or exchanges.

If you are uncertain, we encourage you to try our Discovery Sets before committing.

DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

We will replace damaged and defective item(s) within 7 days of delivery.

Please contact us at info@projectcoax.com with your order numbers, damaged/defective item(s), and a photo showing the damages.
